Booths are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Vendor space is limited! All booths must be prepaid. Vendors must sign and return the insurance liability waiver. Food vendors must have a current Retail Food Establishment license & Special Event Sales Tax License specific to Phillips County with the Health Department Approval. Please list your needs below or they may not be available at the time of set-up. You will need to be set-up prior to 7:30 am on Saturday! There will be no vehicles allowed on the street past 7:50 am! Thank you for your cooperation!
